Creating a Work Environment I’d Actually Like to Work In

I have recently been interviewed by Bill Fox of Container 13 in the interview series about Exploring Forward Thinking Workplaces. The following is a brief excerpt from the interview. You find the full interview by clicking on the link below. Bill: What does it take to get an employee’s full attention and best performance? Something I could truly stand for. But it has not been an easy journey with integral through all these years. I started out with an innocent and naïve hope, that the Integral Revolution is just around the corner, a big explosion of deeper understanding, compassion and saner ways of treating each other and the planet - similar to my own individual “Heureka”-moment when I first ran into this stuff. Boy, was I wrong about that. But, as Ken Wilber says, “nobody is smart enough to be wrong all the time” . I erred , but only about 20 years, or so. I felt like I’ve had a s
