Ich arbeite seit kurzem für encode.org . Meine Partner sind Tom Thomison, auch co-Founder von HolacracyOne, und eine Gruppe von Kollegen mit tiefer Erfahrung in Holacracy und dem gesamten Feld von Teal und Selbstorganisation. Wir legen die rechtlichen, finanziellen und sozialen Grundlagen für "Self-Organizing Enterprises" (SOE), die mit Holacracy oder anderen Ansätzen arbeiten. Ich habe einen Artikel geschrieben, in dem ich unser woher und wohin zusammenfasse und einen Überblick gebe über das Konzept des SOE differenziert in "Organization", "Company" und "Association". Dear friends,  I feel blessed to be able to welcome you to this second Integral European Conference . My own history with integral reaches back 16 years now when I first picked up a book by Ken Wilber and got introduced to Integral. Finally, there was something I wanted to share and amplify in the world, something that reflected my own values and way of thinking. Something true, good and beautiful. Something I could truly stand for. But it has not been an easy journey with integral through all these years. I started out with an innocent and naïve hope, that the Integral Revolution is just around the corner, a big explosion of deeper understanding, compassion and saner ways of treating each other and the planet - similar to my own individual “Heureka”-moment when I first ran into this stuff. ITC, I am coming! The Integral Theory Conference 2015 (ITC) was the fourth of its kind (after 2008, 2010, and 2013) and was held in California, like its predecessors. This time, it took place in Rohnert Park at the Sonoma State University (SSU), surrounded by a beautiful campus setting with plenty of recreational opportunities. Participants were able to cluster together in vacant student houses, which amounted to a bit of a village feel and infused the evenings with student party appeal — altogether a rejuvenating experience for the global integral family. 1st INTEGRAL EUROPEAN CONFERENCE May 8-11, Budapest, Hungary "The Emergence of Integral Consciousness in Europe" www.integraleuropeanconference.com

Integral Europe, Pressemitteilung 18.12.2013: Vom 8-11 Mai 2014 wird die erste Integrale Europäische Konferenz unter dem Titel  „The Emergence of Integral Consciousness in Europe“  in Budapest stattfinden - die IEC 2014. Veranstalter ist Integral Europe, lokaler Gastgeber die  Integral Academy  aus Ungarn. Unterstützt wird das Team von Bence Ganti und Dennis Wittrock durch die Spanische Partnerorganisation  Asociacion Integral Española , sowie das  Integrale Forum e.V. 
Die Organisatoren erwarten rund 500 Teilnehmer aus ganz Europa und dem Rest der Welt, darunter u.a. Terry Patten, der seine Teilnahme bereits angekündigt hat. Der Orientierungswert fundamentaler Dualismen im Werk von Ken Wilber oder: "Brille? – Wilber!" Editorialer Hinweis: Diesen Essay habe ich vor einigen Jahren verfasst. Er wurde seinerzeit auf Frank Vissers Seite " Integral World " veröffentlicht, auch in einer englischen Fassung . Ich finde ihn immer noch anregend, insbesondere auch in Bezug auf Wilbers jüngere Veröffentlichungen zum Thema "Integrale Semiotik" und "integrale Post-Metaphysik". Enjoy!
